Peter Rabbit themed activities at Kew Gardens
10.30am – 3.30pm, 30 March to 15 April
Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 3AE
Kew Gardens has a special Peter Rabbit-themed trail this Easter, with activities for children. You can see and touch the vegetables Peter found in Mr McGregor’s garden; learn to grow your own vegetables; create your own monster vegetable in Mr McGregor’s potting shed; build a giant rabbit warren and create your own bunny ears to take home. Follow in Peter Rabbit’s paw prints to find his famous friends along the trail and enjoy a hot cross bun and other Easter treats. There will also be special story telling sessions over the Easter weekend in the Princess of Wales Conservatory film room. 30 minute performances at 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm.
Other Easter attractions at Kew include the dragon trail – pick up a map and find the hidden dragons. Then there’s the Hive and the Tree Top Walk and all the other usual attractions in these beautiful historic gardens on our doorstep. Peter Rabbit themed Easter activities for children are free when you pay the normal price of a ticket to enter the Gardens.
