Move into Wellbeing
1.45 pm, Thursday and Saturday afternoon
St. Peter’s Church Hall, Southfield Road, London W4 1BB
Enjoyable, effective, welcoming dance classes for people living with Parkinson’s and other mobility restrictions. There is no need to commit to a full course – classes are offered on a drop in basis. Choose the class that is most convenient for you, or try both – you can’t get too much of a good thing! Your first class will be completely free of charge. Move into Wellbeing is run by Donna Schoenherr, who also runs the ballet school Ballet4Life. Move into Wellbeing was inspired by Donna’s father who lived with Parkinson’s for thirty years and who she saw benefit hugely from music and movement based therapy. Move into Wellbeing is a registered charity and has received funding from One You Hounslow and the London Borough of Ealing.
