Starbones, the developers of the 42 Chiswick Curve proposal, have announced their decision to appeal the Secretary of State’s decision not to give the skyscraper the go-ahead.
They are appealing to the High Court, seeking an order quashing the decision and remitting the appeals to the Secretary of State for reconsideration.
Their submission claims the Secretary of State failed to give due consideration to the findings of the planning inspector after a Public Inquiry last summer.
It was one of the last decisions made by outgoing Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Goverment James Brokenshire, before he was replaced in July by current Secretary of State Robert Jenrick.
